Rockport has submitted a rezoning and site plan application to develop the site at 4884-4896 Dundas Street West with a new 25-storey mixed-use building while retaining a portion of the existing heritage building at the east end of the site. Entitlement work is in progress.

In December 2021, PEC Community Partners Inc. purchased the Loch-Sloy Business Park, an approximately 750-acre property in Prince Edward County, Ontario, and the former site of a World War II training base. In its next chapter, the site will serve as home to one of the country’s largest mixed-use development communities. In May 2022, the former base was renamed and has reopened as Base31: A destination in progress for art, culture, community, and events. In Q1 2024, the Prince Edward County Council approved the Official Plan Amendment allowing for up to 7500 residential units along with and commercial development on the site. 717-733 Mt. Pleasant Road is a 27 storey high-rise mixed-use building designed by Wallman Architects on the east side of Mt. Pleasant Road, just south of Eglinton Avenue in Davisville Village.

Rockport competed for the opportunity to provide a mixed-use student residence to support the upcoming York University Markham Campus, which is currently under construction.

In partnership with Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties, 277 Wellington Street West, is a proposed 66 storey mixed-use building in downtown Toronto. A combined rezoning and site plan application was submitted in December 2020. Since then, the project was approved for 60 storeys in Q1 of 2023.
