Update
By the end of summer the building has made significant progress towards completion. We received occupancy for the retail space along Yonge Street and we've continued to welcome new residents into the building. The hoist suites are in the finishing stages and we continue with standard deficiency work throughout the building.

The construction of Manor Square has been progressing this month with the finalization of the benches and planters. The installation of shades structures & placement of exterior furniture on the 12th floor terrace was complete and work is ongoing to complete the hoist suites in the building.

June was busy on site. The pavers on Manor Square were completed and work continues to finish the planters. Our amenity spaces received furniture, and the building entrance canopy was installed.
