Update
To close out 2024, the Hoist successfully came down, a major milestone for the project. The migration to permanent mechanical and electrical services is underway.
Update
The interior work has commenced on the lower floors including tile, Hardwood flooring, and kitchen installation. We have begun waterproofing the loading dock area as well as begun the framing of amenity areas on the ground level.

During the month of October we completed the brick cladding along the East elevation. Balcony Railing installation has begun, as well as the drywalling and mudding of suites on the Third/Fourth floor.
