In the month of April the building received its first Occupancy certificate. We started wallpaper and carpet in corridors, have begun landscaping work for Manor Square, and the amenity rooms are well underway.
Update
March was a busy month on site with the commencement of PDIs for individual units, with testing and verifying life safety devices, as well as working toward completion of the lobby with installation of tile and millwork.

February saw the start of drywalling in the lobby area as well as testing of our innovate automated parking system, and saw the commissioning of heat pump units and mechanical equipment begin.
